3. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Y&KO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
